MOLYKOTE HP-670 Grease is a high-performance perfluoropolyether-based grease for extreme-condition lubrication. MOLYKOTE HP-670 Grease is a specialty lubricant formulated with perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE powder, providing exceptional performance and longevity in demanding applications. Its unique composition enables reliable lubrication across an extremely wide temperature range, from -65 C to 250 C. This makes it suitable for various industries and applications requiring consistent performance under diverse operating conditions, including automotive engine control parts, electrical components, and micro bearings.
Application is straightforward, requiring initial cleaning of the lubrication points followed by application using a brush, spatula, or automated dispensing equipment to ensure complete coverage. The grease demonstrates excellent resistance to fuels and chemicals, and compatibility with most common rubbers and plastics. Its low evaporation loss further contributes to its extended service life. The grease possesses a density of 2.0 g/cm3 and a penetration of 280 (60 worked).
