MOLYKOTE High Vacuum Grease is a stiff, non-melting silicone lubricant for plastic-to-metal and rubber-to-metal contacts, providing excellent chemical and temperature resistance and FDA compliance. MOLYKOTE High-Vacuum Grease is a silicone-based lubricating grease engineered for applications requiring exceptional chemical and thermal stability. Its stiff consistency prevents melt-down, ensuring reliable lubrication in demanding environments. The grease is specifically designed to reduce wear in plastic-to-metal and rubber-to-metal contacts, and importantly, it is formulated without PTFE or PFAS. Meeting the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.300, it is suitable for use in contact with food processing equipment.
This high-performance grease exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, glycol, and glycerine, while also maintaining its lubricating properties across a broad temperature range.
