Getting Started: What to Expect
Step 1: Initial Setup
- Send your Purchase Order: Clearly outline all requirements on your PO. If there are recurring needs, we’ll add them to your account profile.
- Shipping Preferences: Include instructions to avoid default billing through our freight account (PP&A).
- Shelf Life & Quantity Variances: Unless otherwise specified, we adhere to industry standards (±3% shelf life, ±10% quantity).
Step 2: Payment & Terms
- New Customers: Prepayment is required. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and credit card (3.5% fee applies).
- Credit Terms: Publicly traded companies may be approved quickly. Other customers become eligible after successfully completing and paying for two orders.
- International Orders: Prepaid only, with a $45 international shipment prep fee. We’ll guide you through export compliance and end-user documentation as needed.
Step 3: Order Fulfillment & Communication
- Certifications & Notifications: You’ll receive shipment notifications and links to all certs, helping you catch issues early.
- Urgent Orders? If your timeline changes, let us know, and we’ll do our best to expedite your shipment.
- White Glove Shipping Available: Ask us about our premium handling service for customers requiring pristine packaging (dent-free drums, etc.).
