Sheet Metal and Cutting Tools
Repair work on airframes is frequently performed on sheet metal. We sell clecos and cleco pliers, hand seamers, aviation snips, deburring tools, hole finders, and edge-forming tools to repair facilities, fabricators, and aircraft manufacturers.
A tool designed for aluminum may not be suitable for titanium, stainless steel, or composites. Our product line includes drill bits, reamers, countersinks, and cutters from reputable manufacturers for working with these materials.
Sealant Guns
Fuel tanks, wings, and fuselage structures have seams and fasteners that need sealant to keep fuel from leaking and moisture from getting in. Technicians apply it with manual or pneumatic sealant guns. Jaco sells both, along with nozzles and accessories for cartridge-based sealant systems used in production and repair.
Safety Wire Twister
Engine and flight control systems contain bolts, nuts, turnbuckles, and other components that are secured with safety wire to prevent them from coming loose due to vibrations. A maintenance task can involve hundreds of safety wire applications, making the twister a common tool in the hangar.

Jaco's safety wire twister combines a plier, twister, and cutter in one tool. Its 30-degree slip-resistant jaw grips the wire as it's turned. The twister handles wire up to 0.060 inches thick. Operation is simple. Press a button located near the handle to close the jaws; then squeeze the handles together to reopen them.
Each unit is constructed from high-carbon alloy steel. Before shipment, each unit is tested and inspected against Jaco's quality standards.

Maintenance work on aircraft is typically conducted in confined areas and poor lighting conditions. Jaco's product offerings include pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other specialized hand tools used to service the airframe, engine, and avionics.

Abrasive discs and pads help finish surfaces, remove burrs, and clear away paint or corrosion before sealing, repainting, or priming.
