Some orders need additional preparation. Jaco offers tape slitting and converting, custom tape solutions, custom chemical repackaging, and material kitting. For a custom tape order, provide a drawing, specification, or part number so we can create a quote. Jaco can also work with you to develop a custom tape solution targeted to your specific need.

Recurring and Bulk Orders

If your facility regularly orders the same supplies, send Jaco a usage list or a previous purchase order number. We can provide quotes for both bulk and pallet quantities, and if you have an ongoing need for these products, we can include them in your account profile. Ordering multiple types of supplies from one vendor means fewer purchase orders to manage and fewer deliveries to monitor.

Documentation and Order Updates

Orders include applicable paperwork, such as Certificates of Conformance and manufacturer certifications. Material test reports and lot or batch traceability are included where applicable. Jaco sends shipment notifications with links to available certification documents, and the paperwork supports receiving inspections and customer records.

Jaco is AS9120-certified, ITAR-registered, and CMMC Level 2.

AOG Requests and Special Handling

Jaco prioritizes aircraft-on-ground (AOG) requests. Most in-stock orders ship the day they're placed, including overseas orders. If an item isn't in stock, our team can help locate it. If your timeline changes after you place an order, let the team know, and they'll try to expedite it.

White-glove shipping is available for customers who need extra care with packaging, such as dent-free drums.
