MOLYKOTE BG-20 Synthetic Bearing Grease
MOLYKOTE BG-20 Synthetic Bearing Grease is a high-performance lithium-complex grease for metal/metal bearing applications requiring high speed, heavy loads, and wide temperature range operation. MOLYKOTE BG-20 is a NLGI 2-3 lithium-complex-thickened, polyolester-based synthetic bearing grease engineered for metal-to-metal contact situations involving rapid movement and medium to heavy loads. Its formulation ensures high load-carrying capacity across a broad temperature range, from -45 C to 180 C, with short-term viability up to 200 C. The grease is designed for high-speed applications, withstanding DN values up to 750,000, and exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation and low oil evaporation, contributing to its extended lubrication capabilities.
Application is straightforward, using standard methods such as brush, spatula, grease gun, or automated lubricating systems, including central lubrication systems. Prior to application, ensure contact points are clean. The product is lead- and nickel-free.
