MOLYKOTE CU-7439 Plus Paste V1
MOLYKOTE Cu-7439 Plus Paste V1 is a high-performance copper paste designed for lubricating and protecting components operating under extreme conditions of high temperature, pressure, and corrosion. Its wide service temperature range (-30 C to +650 C) and excellent pressure resistance ensure reliable performance in demanding applications. The paste's high adhesion, low evaporation rate, and absence of a drop point contribute to long-lasting protection and prevent water washout. The formulation is free of PTFE and PFAS.
Application is straightforward, involving cleaning contact surfaces (if possible) and applying the paste using a brush, cloth, grease gun, or centralized lubrication system. Excess paste does not require removal. For the spray version, a thin, uniform coat should be applied using a sweeping motion. The paste's strong adhesive and lubricating properties facilitate easy disassembly of components, even after extended periods of service in harsh environments.
A mineral oil based anti-sieze paste formulated with copper as the solid lubicant and enhanced corrosion protection. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, wide temperature range (-30 to 650 C), good load-carrying capability, reduces friction and wear, excellent protection against fretting corrosion and corrosion due to high temperature, helps prevent brake squeal in disc brakes, and allows trouble-free disassembly of machine components, even after long service intervals.
