MOLYKOTE G-2001 High Speed Bearing Grease is a synthetic-oil-based grease utilizing a lithium-calcium thickening system. This formulation provides superior protection against wear and corrosion, particularly beneficial in small- to medium-sized rolling element bearings operating at high speeds. The absence of solid lubricants ensures smooth operation and minimizes potential contamination. Its wide service temperature range and excellent temperature consistency contribute to reliable performance across diverse operating conditions.
The grease incorporates corrosion inhibitors and is free of PTFE and PFAS. Application is straightforward, compatible with standard methods such as brushes, grease guns, and automated dispensing equipment, making it suitable for various manufacturing environments. The product boasts a 60-month shelf life when stored unopened between 0 and 40 C.
