MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM White EP Bearing Grease
MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM White EP Bearing Grease is a mineral-based lubricant thickened with aluminum complex and enhanced with extreme pressure (EP) additives. Designed for multipurpose applications with incidental food contact, it's particularly well-suited for the food and beverage industry where NSF H1 certification and the absence of black particle contamination are critical requirements. This grease is compatible with many plastics and elastomers, meeting FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3570 and Kosher standards.
Application is straightforward, utilizing methods such as hand-packing, grease guns (manual and automatic), and central lubricating systems. For anti-friction bearings, adhere to the bearing manufacturer's guidelines. Plain bearing lubrication involves pumping in fresh grease until old grease is completely displaced. The grease provides excellent lubrication, resists water washout effectively, and boasts a high load-carrying capacity. It is formulated without PTFE or PFAS.
