MOLYKOTE G-Rapid Plus Paste
MOLYKOTE G-Rapid Plus Paste is a solid lubricant designed to reduce friction and wear during the assembly and running-in of metallic components. Its low friction coefficient prevents seizure and scoring, suppresses stick-slip, and mitigates fretting corrosion. This PTFE- and PFAS-free paste facilitates both assembly and subsequent disassembly, providing reliable lubrication even under demanding conditions.
The paste is suitable for a wide range of applications, including press-fit production of machine elements and as a running-in lubricant for new machinery and gears. It offers both temporary and permanent lubrication solutions depending on the application, providing excellent coverage and emergency running performance. Application is straightforward, involving cleaning the surfaces and applying the paste with a brush, cloth, or sponge, ensuring thorough coverage for optimal performance. For larger areas, the companion spray can be used.
