MOLYKOTE EM-30L Grease
MOLYKOTE EM-30L Grease is a specialized lubricating grease formulated for applications involving plastic components. Its unique composition ensures compatibility with most plastics, providing effective lubrication for plastic-to-plastic, metal-to-metal, and plastic-to-metal contacts. The grease is designed for longevity and minimal seepage, making it ideal for situations demanding high cleanliness. The absence of silicone eliminates a common cause of contact point failures.
The grease consists of polyalphaolefin, lithium soap, and PTFE, providing a robust lubricating film. Application is straightforward, involving cleaning the contact points and then applying the grease using a brush, spatula, or automated lubrication system. With proper storage (unopened, in a cool, dark place), the grease maintains its usability for 36 months from its production date. It's available in convenient 1 kg cans (10 cans per case) and 16 kg pails.
