MOLYKOTE TP-42 Paste is a high-load, adhesive grease-paste with solid lubricants for metallic friction applications, offering excellent washout resistance and corrosion protection. MOLYKOTE TP-42 Paste is a light-colored adhesive grease designed for use with metallic components. Its formulation incorporates solid lubricants to provide high load-carrying capacity and exceptional adhesion, ensuring it remains effective even under demanding operational conditions. The paste's inherent resistance to washout from water and metalworking fluids makes it particularly suitable for wet environments.
This specialized paste effectively mitigates stick-slip, promoting smooth and consistent movement between treated surfaces. Beyond lubrication, it provides robust corrosion protection and prevents galling, thereby extending the operational lifespan of the protected parts. Importantly, the product is formulated without the intentional inclusion of PTFE or PFAS.
