MOLYKOTE G-0050 FM White EP Bearing Grease
MOLYKOTE G-0050 FM White EP Bearing Grease is a mineral-based, multipurpose lubricant thickened with aluminum complex and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives. Specifically designed for incidental food contact applications within the food and beverage industry, this grease is an excellent choice when an NSF H1-registered lubricant is required or where black particle contamination must be avoided. Its formulation ensures compatibility with many plastics and elastomers.
Application is straightforward, achieved through hand-packing, grease gun application, automated systems, or central lubrication systems. For anti-friction bearings, adhere to the bearing manufacturer's guidelines. Plain bearing lubrication involves pumping in fresh grease until the old grease is purged from the system. The grease offers excellent lubrication, water washout resistance, and high load-carrying capacity.
Product Key Properties: NLGI Grade 0 - MO based grease with a base oil viscosity of 70 cSt at 40 C, aluminum complex thickened, uses white solids as solid lubricants. Also H1 certified through NSF for incidental food contact.
