MOLYKOTE 41 Extreme High Temperature Grease
MOLYKOTE 41 Extreme High Temperature Grease is a high-performance silicone grease for extreme temperature applications exceeding the capabilities of standard silicone greases. MOLYKOTE 41 Extreme High Temperature Bearing Grease is a specialized silicone-based lubricant formulated to withstand exceptionally high temperatures without melting. Its superior thermal and oxidation resistance, coupled with water resistance, makes it ideal for demanding industrial applications where conventional greases would fail. The grease is free from PTFE and PFAS, and its formulation incorporates silicone oil, carbon black, and a corrosion inhibitor for enhanced performance and protection.
Application is straightforward, requiring only cleaning of the application points before using a brush, spatula, or automated lubrication system. While effective across a wide temperature range (-20 C to 290 C), users should avoid application to painted surfaces and high-load steel bearings. The product has a 60-month shelf life when stored unopened in a cool, dark environment.
