MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM White EP Bearing Grease is a multipurpose grease for incidental food contact, offering excellent lubricating properties and high load-carrying capacity. MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM White EP Bearing Grease is a mineral-based lubricant thickened with aluminum complex and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives. Designed for incidental food contact, it's ideal for the food and beverage industry where an NSF H1 status lubricant is required or black particle contamination must be avoided. This high-performance grease provides excellent lubrication, resists water washout, and handles high loads.
Application is straightforward, utilizing methods such as hand-packing, grease guns, automatic, and central lubricating systems. For anti-friction bearings, adhere to the bearing manufacturer's guidelines. Plain bearing lubrication involves pumping in fresh grease until old grease is completely displaced. The grease is compatible with numerous plastics and elastomers, conforms to FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3570 and NSF H1 classification, and holds Kosher approval. It's available in NLGI grades 0, 1, and 2 and is free of PTFE and PFAS.
