Product Key Properties: The kit includes a SqR Cleaning Platform with 4" x 4" wipes (10 wipes/unit) made of 100% noncontaminating material, featuring high absorbency, contamination entrapment capacity, and wet strength. The Fiber-Wash MX Precision Cleaner Pen contains 9g (0.32 oz.) of Colorless with a hydrocarbon odor. It has a specific gravity of 0.72 @ 75°F (23.9°C), a boiling point of 239°F / 115°C, and a flash point (TCC) of 45°F / 7°C.

Usage Instructions:

1. Wet-to-dry Cleaning with the SqR:
   1. Place the barrier with the guiding arrows between the top and second wipe.
   2. Lightly spot the SqR wipe with Fiber-Wash MX pen.
   3. Draw the end-face from the solvent wetted area to the dry area; following the arrows visible through the wipe.
   4. Repeat two more times.
2. For Splice Preparation:
   1. Remove the top wipe from the SqR pad of wipes.
   2. Lightly moisten the SqR wipe with Fiber-Wash MX pen.
   3. Gently wipe away fiber contaminants.
   4. Lightly dampen a 38540ESD swab, remove soil from V-grooves on fusion splicer.
3. Buffer Gel Removal:
   1. Pull three single SqR wipes from the SqR pad of wipes.
   2. Lightly moisten the SqR wipe with Fiber-Wash MX pen.
   3. Pull the cable through the first wiper and discard.
   4. Repeat with the other two wipes until the cable squeaks clean.
