Chemtronics Coventry ESD Pre-Saturated Poly Wipes
Chemtronics Coventry ESD Pre-Saturated Poly Wipes are cleanroom wipes pre-saturated with Static Free Mat & Benchtop Reconditioner, engineered for use in ESD sensitive environments. These wipes clean, rejuvenate, and add static dissipative protection to surfaces. They effectively lift light oils, fingerprints, and flux residues while providing long-lasting dissipative protection and rejuvenating ESD mats.
For industrial use only. Read the label and SDS prior to use. Remove and discard clear outer bag before taking package into ESD safe zone. Open top of bag at notch and unsnap inner seal. Remove wipe and reseal by bag. Keep container closed to minimize solvent loss and prevent wipes from drying out. Wipe can be used flat, half folded or quarter folded. Wipe surface thoroughly. Use the wipe to apply the solution evenly. Allow product to penetrate porous and absorbent substrates.

Product Key Properties: Cleanroom wipes pre-saturated with Static Free Mat & Benchtop Reconditioner. The fluid has a specific gravity of 0.997 g/ml (@ 77°F (25°C)), a pH of 6.0, and a VOC content of 5% (CARB & Federal) or 50g/L (SCAQMD). The wipes are made of white knitted polyester fabric, sized 9x9, with a basis weight of 125 g/m2 (+/- 5 g/m2). They contain no silicone, amides, or phthalates, and have an absorbency of 365ml/m2. NVR (non-Volatile Residue) is None Detected for both DI Water and IPA.
