Lamart TF-12 53PS
Lamart TF-12 53PS is a laminated tape designed for applications requiring durable, low-slip material. The fluoropolymer film offers resistance to chemicals and acids, providing an excellent protective surface for labs and easy cleanup in manufacturing settings. An aluminum foil layer stabilizes the film in high-temperature environments, with a service temperature of 400F. It features an aggressive acrylic PS adhesive that ensures excellent quick stick and ultimate adhesion.
To apply, ensure the surface is clean and dry. The tape can be cut to the desired length and firmly pressed onto the surface, ensuring full contact with the aggressive acrylic adhesive for optimal adhesion. The fluoropolymer film combined with aluminum foil provides a durable and chemical-resistant layer. Key properties include a thickness of 0.004 inch +/- 10%, peel strength of 32 oz./inch of width, breaking strength of 13 lbs./inch of width, and elongation at break of 5%. The tape is silver in color and has a shelf life of 1 year when stored under conditions of 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and 50% R.H.
