Lamart LV-400 C NTC P
Lamart LV-400 C NTC P is a 4 mil clear vinyl film designed for graphic arts applications. It features a topcoat that enhances ink adhesion, making it suitable for various printing methods. The film is coated on one side with a permanent acrylic adhesive, ensuring strong bonding to surfaces. It is supplied on a 90 lb. stay-flat polycoated release liner for easy handling and application.
This product is ideal for interior and moderate-term exterior markings, such as bumper stickers. It offers good solvent resistance to most petroleum solvents and aliphatic alcohols, while exhibiting poor resistance to ketones and esters. The material provides excellent water and humidity resistance, ensuring durability in diverse environmental conditions.
To apply, ensure the application surface is clean and dry. The minimum application temperature is 50 degrees F, though lower temperatures can be accommodated with alternative adhesives. Once applied, the adhesive achieves maximum adhesion after 72 hours with a 15-minute dwell time. The service temperature range is -40 to +195 degrees F. This film can be printed using flexographic, letterpress, offset, and screen printing methods. For optimal shelf life, store under conditions of 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and 50% relative humidity, ensuring a two-year shelf life.
