Lamart HC-240
Lamart HC-240 is a 10-mil industrial-grade duct tape known for its high tack adhesive and versatility. It is engineered to bond effectively to both smooth and rough surfaces, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Application requires ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants to achieve optimal adhesion.
This duct tape excels in temporary holding, bundling, and sealing various containers and surfaces. It is also ideal for temporary repairs, patching, and asbestos abatement. With a total thickness of 0.010 inches (0.254 mm), peel adhesion to stainless steel of 45 oz/in (4.9 N/cm), and tensile strength of 23 lbs/in (40 N/cm), it offers reliable performance in demanding environments. The product is eligible for LEED compliance credits, contributing towards EQ Credit 4.1 for low-emitting materials, adhesives, and sealants.
For storage, it is recommended to keep the tape under ideal conditions of 60°F to 80°F and low humidity to maintain a shelf life of one year from the date of purchase. Available in standard configurations of 2-inch and 3-inch widths, both with a length of 180 feet, and packaged in cartons with 24 or 16 rolls, respectively. Custom configurations and packaging are available upon request.
