Lamart 243-L
Lamart 243-L is a pressure-sensitive product engineered to specific requirements, featuring a 0.003" lead foil backing and an aggressive acrylic adhesive with a polycoated paper liner. This construction allows the tape to conform to irregular and curved surfaces, offering excellent quick stick and ultimate adhesion. The liner is designed to enable die-cutting into custom shapes.
Ideal for various applications including masking in electroplating, X-ray plates, and chemical milling; sealing radioactive canisters and thermopane windows; shielding as a radiation barrier; and decorative purposes like simulated lead windows. When using, ensure the surfaces are clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
