Lamart 215 Aluminum Tape
Lamart 215 Aluminum Tape is a dead soft aluminum foil tape with an aggressive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, designed for moisture/vapor barrier and heat reflective applications. Useful for sealing out dust and dirt for underground cable and duct sealing applications, it offers excellent resistance to water and vapor transmission. Its highly reflective surface is ideal for under hood and wire harness applications.
Application involves ensuring the surface is clean and dry before applying the tape. The dead soft aluminum foil is highly conformable to irregular and curved surfaces. The aggressive acrylic adhesive provides excellent quick stick and ultimate adhesion. Store under conditions of 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and 50% R.H. for a shelf life of 1 year.
