Unblock-S is a highly effective cleaning solution designed to remove existing scale deposits and prevent future buildup in aircraft toilet systems. This dual-purpose product serves as both a preventative maintenance tool for routine cleaning and a powerful cleaning agent during major maintenance checks, significantly reducing the risk of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. Its thickened formula ensures optimal contact and cleaning of vertical surfaces within the toilet system, enhancing its scale-removing capabilities.

Unblock-S is suitable for both soaking and recirculation cleaning methods employed by airlines and MROs. The fast-acting formula efficiently dissolves scale, and its application is straightforward. For vacuum systems, the product is introduced into each toilet bowl, then flushed to distribute it throughout the plumbing. Recirculating waste tank cleaning involves a 1:1 dilution with water. The product's compatibility with various materials including polycarbonate, rubber, sealants, tape, and most plastics and paints makes it a versatile and safe solution.

Unblock-S is readily biodegradable, boasting a density of 1.05 ± 0.03 g/mL at 20°C and a pH of 1-2. This ensures environmental responsibility while delivering superior cleaning performance.
