Conductive One-Coat Rubber-to-Metal Adhesive
Chemlok EP6804-22 is a conductive, single-coat adhesive designed to create strong bonds between a wide variety of vulcanized or unvulcanized rubber compounds and metal substrates. Its formulation includes a blend of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dispersed in an organic solvent system. This adhesive offers excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, particularly when used with aluminum and mechanically or chemically treated cold-rolled steel. The adhesive's conductive properties make it suitable for applications requiring electrical conductivity.

Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf life is six months from date of shipment when stored by the recipient in a well ventilated area at 21-27 C (70-80 F) in original, unopened container. Do not store or use near heat, sparks or open flame.
