Chemlok 205 Primer and/or Adhesive
Heat-activated primer/adhesive for bonding elastomers
Chemlok 205 is a versatile, heat-activated material used as either a substrate primer or a one-coat adhesive for bonding unvulcanized nitrile elastomer compounds. It's a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Its ease of application and durability make it suitable for various industrial settings and existing production lines. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength and environmental resistance, particularly when used with Chemlok covercoat adhesives.
