Chemlok 8110 Adhesive
One-coat, water-based adhesive for bonding elastomers to metal
Chemlok 8110 is a single-component, water-based adhesive designed to bond nitrile (NBR) and polyacrylate (ACM) elastomers to metal substrates during the vulcanization process. Its formulation includes a blend of mineral fillers, organic compounds, resins, and polymer latexes dispersed in an aqueous medium. This adhesive exhibits excellent resistance to high-temperature fluids and oils, making it suitable for applications involving hot oil and transmission fluids, commonly found in gasket and seal manufacturing.

Shelf Life/Storage
Shelf life is six months from date of shipment when stored by the recipient in a well ventilated area at 21-27 C (70-80 F) in original, unopened container. Do not freeze product.
