Chemlok 8006 Primer
Water-based primer for bonding elastomers
Chemlok 8006 is a water-based primer designed for use with Chemlok water-based covercoat adhesives to create a strong bond between elastomers and various substrates, including metals. Its water-based formulation contributes to environmentally friendly manufacturing processes by reducing VOC emissions. The primer is versatile, adhering well to a range of materials such as steel, phosphated steel, nylon, aluminum, and brass. It exhibits excellent durability, maintaining strong adhesion even under flexing and high-stress conditions, and demonstrates environmental resistance to water, salt spray, glycol, oil, and heat.

Shelf Life/Storage
Shelf life is six months from date of shipment when stored by the recipient at 21-27 C (70-80 F) in original, unopened container. Do not freeze product.
