The curing process releases acetic acid vapors. Application involves preparing clean, dry surfaces before applying the sealant; clamping or support may be needed during curing for optimal bonding, though it possesses self-adhesive properties.
This sealant boasts excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, and chemicals, along with superior electrical insulation. It offers a wide operating temperature range, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 204 C (400 F) and intermittent temperatures up to 260 C (500 F), while maintaining flexibility even at low temperatures.
