Circuit Breaker Lockout Tools

FOD-safe lockout clips and warning streamers for aircraft ground maintenance — protect your aircraft and your service crews.

Circuit Breaker Lockout product family — clips, streamers, and lockout assemblies installed on aircraft panels

Jaco Aerospace's Circuit Breaker Lockout Clips protect your aircraft from unexpected accidents and provide critical safety to service crews during ground maintenance. When paired with a warning streamer, the lockout clip becomes a clear visual indicator to keep service personnel from activating a circuit breaker while the clip is in place.

Our Product Family

Each product in the Circuit Breaker Lockout line is purpose-built for aircraft ground maintenance — from the standard lockout clip to combination clip-and-streamer assemblies with optional FOD-tracking windows.

FOD Control Streamers

Developed in conjunction with a major US airline, these streamers attach directly to the Circuit Breaker Lockout Clip and feature a plastic pouch where a barcode is placed and scanned prior to deployment into the aircraft.

When the crew's work is complete, the clips are removed, barcodes are re-scanned, and the clips are returned to inventory — making them a critical part of any successful FOD program.
