Highlights

Dense, thick web performs more aggressively than similar but more flexible products, with a tighter scratch and more uniform results
Designed for light to medium-duty cleaning and surface preparation
Flexible, nonwoven web construction conforms to contours and resists loading for long life and consistent finishes

Scotch-Brite KS Clean and Finish Disc is suitable for surface preparation as well as satin finishing, blending and polishing. It does these jobs without damaging the base material and can produce a more uniform finish, making it ideal for medium-pressure surface conditioning.

A Light-Duty Flexible Disc
Our Scotch-Brite KS Clean and Finish Disc has the flexibility needed to match contoured or irregular surfaces that require maintenance and repair, and does its job without damaging the underlying part. It is ideal for light-duty, medium-pressure applications — such as cleaning and surface preparation prior to paint or sealant, cleaning, paint prep, scratch blending, and finishing on solid surfaces, painted panels, and other materials. It works well on aluminum, stainless steel and other metals, and is also suitable for use on plastics, wood and fiberglass. Sheets can be rinsed for repeated use.

Discover the Scotch-Brite Advantage
Nonwoven technology makes our Scotch-Brite abrasives unique. We intersperse abrasive mineral on synthetic fibers using resin — creating an open web construction. Spaces between the fibers permit excess material to escape, so the mineral does not become worn down by debris. It keeps the mineral cutting sharper longer, enhancing cut performance and increasing abrasive service life. The spring-like nature of the fibers works well on contours and responds to subtleties on the surface. Its responsive design effectively removes unwanted burrs, soils and contaminants without ruining the base material, so you get a consistent and uniform finish — part after part.
