It comes packaged with everything you need for quick and easy tool attachment, including three attachment nuts and an optional snap-in center post.Optimized for Nonwoven Abrasives. To get the right finish, you need the right abrasives, tools and accessories. That’s why 3M engineers developed the Scotch-Brite Universal Surface Conditioning Back-up Pad. Designed for performance and flexibility, this pad can be used in multiple configurations depending on your disc type — with snap-in center post for discs with center holes, or without the center post for flat finishing applications.
