3M EMI Absorber & Magnetic Shielding Material AB3000 Series is a magnetic, high-frequency EMI absorber for near-field applications from 1 GHz to 10 GHz . The broadband absorber AB3000 series features composite materials including carrier resin, magnetic fillers and an optional acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). Target frequency range – or the optimal range for peak performance – is 3 GHz - 7 GHz. The magnetic-shielding material is designed to suppress near-field EMI noise and interact with and/or influence an electro-magnetic field to reduce disruptive EMI transmissions. This EMI absorber sheet is designed to also efficiently couple to the EM field and to provide EM absorbing.Available in three thicknesses and with or without adhesive, 3M EMI Absorber & Magnetic Shielding Material AB3000 Series is a magnetic, high-frequency absorber for near-field applications from 1 GHz to 10 GHz . The broadband absorber AB3000 series shows substantial power loss measured on the micro-strip line across a variety of thicknesses. The EMI absorber thickness ranges from 0.100 mm to 0.500 mm with a bottom release layer allowing for easy orientation and fast application.
