This kit is suitable for use with cable trays, junction boxes, weather exposed, aerial and wet or dry locations. This kit is used with 10000 and 20000 Series aluminium or copper inline compression connectors.3M Scotchcast Cold Shrink Inline Splice Kits 5750 Series includes 3M Cable Repair Spacer Web SW-40, cold shrink insulator assemblies, Scotch Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13, Scotch Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape 130C and more. The kit uses 3M Scotchcast Flame-Retardant Compound 2131 for replacing cable armor and/or jackets and insulators for electrical insulation. It is rated for 1 to 5 kV rated applications. The semi flexible resin jacket offers resistance to abrasion and moisture. This kit is perfect for inline splicing and is used with solid dielectric cables.
