3M OEM Match Sprayable Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of sprayed-on OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. These tips can make the challenging and time-consuming work of matching sealant beads faster and easier. The tips are designed to be paired with the 3M OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit 33999 to easily convert some traditional applicator guns to spray material. Used with a properly configured applicator, the tips are capable of spraying a variety of seam sealer chemistries and viscosities. The 1K version features a threaded connector while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer. Replicating the robotically applied seam sealer can be challenging and time-consuming.
