3M Adhesion Promoter K520UV is an automotive adhesion promoter designed to enhance the adhesion of 3M Acrylic Foam Tapes and 3M Acrylic Plus Tapes to challenging polyolefin-based substrates like thermoplastic olefins (TPO), polypropylene (PP) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.An acetone solvent, 3M Adhesion Promoter K520UV dries quickly to minimize downtime and maximize work efficiency. This ready-to-use, pre-mixed solution improves bond strength, helping ensure a durable adhesive bond. It contains a fluorescent dye that makes it easily visible once applied, and helps technicians to quickly verify that coverage is complete and consistent for a reliable bond.
