3M Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665B is a one-component, moisture curing, urethane adhesive that is applied warm. This low viscosity adhesive has a long open time and is ideal for bonding plastics. Yields thin glue lines when used with appropriate equipment. Formulated Specifically for Bonding Plastics
Excellent for use in manufacturing processes where lightweighting requirements and complex geometries demand plastic components, our 3M™ Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 bonds plastic substrates including ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic and PVC. This one-part urethane adhesive delivers a very high tack and a strong final bond, and resists humidity and temperature extremes.

Efficient Application
3M™ Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 is packaged in a 33cc syringe which can be easily heated to application temperature (230°F/110°C). Low-viscosity adhesive affords a working time between 1.5 and 4 minutes, and is reworkable after moisture curing. It can also be dispensed using a time-pressure dispenser system with Luer-Lok needle tips, or using a positive displacement or gear metering valve to yield thin glue lines.
