Orcon Dryliner
Dryliner is a lightweight, resilient thermoplastic sheet designed to elevate aircraft insulation blankets off the aircraft fuselage skin. This promotes effective drainage of liquid condensate, leading to lighter, drier, and longer-lasting blankets. The lighter blankets reduce aircraft fuel usage and maintenance costs, while improving thermal and acoustical performance.
Dryliner maintains its shape even after being stepped on, ensuring consistent performance across multiple maintenance cycles. It is approximately 70% lighter than other fuselage liners. Manufactured from materials meeting stringent FAA flammability and industry toxicity standards, Dryliner is suitable for all aircraft.
Key Features:
- Lightweight thermoplastic sheet
