Orcon LAMAGUARD-400HR
LAMAGUARD-400HR is a lightweight ECTFE film, scrim reinforced. It is designed as a covering film for thermal and acoustic insulation. The film is very lightweight and easy to fabricate. It meets FAR 25.856(a), Radiant Panel and BMS8-377, TY 1 & 2, Class 00 & 1 standards.
To apply, ensure the surface is clean and dry. The film can be heat sealed thermally between 260°F - 300°F (127°C - 149°C) or sonically. Store in the original carton under conditions of 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and 50% RH for a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture. The product has a maximum weight of 0.88-1.00 oz/yd2 (29.8-33.9 g/m2), bursting strength of 36-42 PSI (248-290 KN/m2) and puncture resistance of 8-10 lb. (35.6-44.5 N).
