Momentive RTV106 is a one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealant that cures to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. It is designed for high-temperature applications, withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and intermittent temperatures up to 315°C (600°F). This red paste is ideal for sealing heating elements, gasketing, electrical insulation, and other critical bonding and sealing applications where parts must perform at high temperatures. It offers excellent resistance to chemicals, weathering, and ozone, along with low-temperature flexibility and excellent electrical insulation properties.
