Alkaline scale and rust remover ARDROX 1301 is a water soluble, white powder giving a strongly alkaline solution containing sequestrants.

ARDROX 1301 is designed to remove oil, grease, some air dried paints and rust. It will accomplish this with no attack or hydrogen embrittlement on ferrous alloys and there is markedly less tendency for re-rusting to occur in comparison with conventional acid pickling techniques.
