EC 1458 is a solvent-release type adhesive having very high strength and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and aromatic solvents. It can be used for certain operations where a heavy bodied, oil resistant adhesvie or fuel resistant sealer is required. EC 1458 has an unusually high adhesion to metal, synthetic rubber (especially Buna-N types) and many other porous and non-porous surfaces.
